At Yext I serve as Marketing Automations Associate Manager where I manage the email calendar and work cross-functionally with our global marketing teams to assure we are communicating consistently to our database and engaging the right audiences with the content that aligns best to them and their unique pain points.
Financial Services Summit
For this event I both built out all emails (6 total) and managed the sends for each and worked closely with the field marketing team to determine who should be invited and at what cadence these invitations should be sent. The teams initial thought was to send to the NYC metro area as this was a local event for them but I pushed to expand to other hub cities such as Chicago and Austin. With my audience expansion strategy we were able to meet our registration goals before the registration deadline.
Yext Insights Virtual Event
Yext Insights is a multi-event series, each targeting a different digital pain point a company could be facing (SEO, AI, Digital Presence). For this event I worked alongside Yext’s virtual events manager to determine how the invitations should be sent and who should be receiving them. We worked to establish two streams of invitations: 1. Registrants of previous Yext Insights events, for this group we were able to leverage their background knowledge in this series. 2. All customers and prospects in the ICP who have not registered before, this group received a more generic invite outlining what they will gain from the event. We met our registration goal for previous registrants by email 2 and have moved forward with this split targeting strategy or our virtual events since.
